If I am accepted for a franchise, do I pay the entire amount when I sign up?
No, you only pay the Franchise Fee of $15,000 when you sign up. As you find an approved location, you will pay deposits and perhaps some legal and accounting costs. Then you will pay remodeling costs during construction, and purchase inventory at wholesale from our authorized supplier, Titan Chair. Then you will invest in your Grand Opening and begin your business, with additional working capital for initial operating expenses for 3 months.
Does OTA World offer any financing?
OTA World doesn’t offer financing for your investment; however, we can introduce you to resources that may offer some financing: such as using your retirement funds (IRA or 401K) to buy the franchise; or possible SBA or commercial financing, if available. We have applied for SBA listing on the approved Franchise Registry.
Can you show me any financials or tell me the income potential for my franchise?
The actual potential of your franchise depends on how you operate it, how much you sell massage chairs and accessories for at retail, and how you manage your expenses. We don’t provide income projections—but we can tell you what the inventory costs per item. We don’t control the price you sell items for, that’s your right and choice.
May I purchase more than one franchise?
Yes, if you have the finances. We will work with you to define each location, and a development schedule that fits both of us. We like to award generous exclusive areas with 5 to 10 miles in radius, so locations can be several miles apart, depending on population density, income and housing values.
